Kat connects alignment with a deeper definition of integrity: not simply keeping your word, but living from a place of wholeness where your thoughts, feelings, intuition, words, and actions are integrated.
That requires learning to trust yourself.
It also means accepting the parts of yourself you may have spent years trying to change, suppress, or judge. Tim and Mackenzie share their own experiences with self-trust, relationships, expectations, and the tendency to make choices based on what we think we “should” do rather than what actually aligns with what matters most.
