PSI Co-Founder and CEO Jane C. Willhite in conversation on To Think is To Create.

In this very special relaunch episode of the PSI Seminars Podcast, hosts Tim Bowen and McKenzie O’Kelley sit down with PSI Seminars co-founder Jane C. Willhite and Jenessa Willhite Meyers for a conversation about the history, purpose, and future of PSI Seminars and PSI World.

Jane shares how PSI Seminars began in 1973 with her late husband, Tom Willhite, and what made his message different from other human potential work at the time. She talks about Tom’s ability to connect with people, the early roots of PSI, and why the Basic Seminar has remained largely unchanged for more than 50 years.

The conversation also explores one of PSI’s core principles, “To Think Is To Create.” Jane explains what this principle looks like in everyday life, from the way people talk to themselves in the morning to the importance of seeing yourself already living the life, relationship, or result you want to create. She also discusses why resentment, anger, and negative self-talk can shape a person’s life if left unchecked.

Jane shares that the PSI Basic Seminar helps people become stronger, become their own advocate, and learn to see themselves differently. She explains that the Basic helps people get “on their own team” instead of living from self-criticism or limitation.

Jenessa also shares what she has learned from growing up inside PSI’s personal growth work, especially the importance of living today, being present with the people you love, and remembering that every interaction matters. She then explains the vision of PSI World, PSI’s nonprofit arm, and how graduates create service projects around the world through the mission of World Peace, One Mind at a Time.

This episode is for PSI graduates, people new to PSI Seminars, and anyone interested in personal growth, self-awareness, purposeful living, service, and creating a stronger relationship with themselves.
